I dont mean this sarcastically, but I dont understand. Could you explain better?

She may feel the need to deal with her own self before she deals with you, regardless. I know it hurts, but remember, couples are single people put together, even sometimes with their own agendas and issues.

Just be there for her and see if you can help her understand herself.
