She has diabetes and depression(she does not take care of either one very well). She never stays at a job very long. She just quit another one today. She lives at home and does not pay rent or her own car insurance(co-signed)for her car. She is making my husbands, 15yr old daughter and my life a living hell. Please help.

I have a close friend who's moved down here and is very shy. At 27 she should have outgrown her shyness a long time ago (I was very shy around girls when I was in my early teens).
