living a lie, there is always a "reason" for anger and other such issues, even though you might not realize them consciously. I'm so sorry that you are suffering so. Please do know that there is help for you, to help you feel better and enjoy life. You don't have to feel so depressed, but do need to reach out for help in your "real life" not just virtually here.
I'm not sure that the "kind of person you are" is a true assessment. Depression tells people lies, and you might be believing them. You are worth the effort of getting help, trust me. I'm not lying to you, though you might find it hard to believe: you are worth the effort of feeling better.
If you don't know of anyone to talk with, why not get a complete physical exam to rule out any completely physical reasons for the way you are feeling. You can share your basic emotional concerns with the MD, and get a referral too.
Best wishes

Oh, yeah, my friend--please seek help from a therapist or a doc. Seems like you are going through a lot of issues in your life..and you might want to discuss your Self-Injury issues with them also.
